For red line, have a look at what I have, and you want mainly Critical/Tactical Rating, Will, Fate and Finesse, In that order. for gear, whichever stat gives you the most of one of these, go with it. If you feel you need more morale, trade some Finesse or Fate for Vitality. Make sure your LI Mastery correspond with your skills, and Traceries involve more damage.
